Why it's safe
You don't create an account and you don't give your name. We confirm you're staff using your work email once, then it's gone. Nothing stored links the message to you.
Nothing ever comes back to you. No reply, no thread, no way for anyone to work out who you are. You say your piece and that's it.
StaffVoice is for everyday workplace issues: workload, communication, resources, culture, fairness. Safeguarding concerns and any allegations about a person's conduct must go through your school's proper channels.
You're not the problem for raising an issue. You're the reason it gets better.
